Registration Fee Schedule
   

Conference registration fee varies from US$ 390 to 620 depending on the choice of events or package by the delegates. However, there is special Registration Package which includes basic registration fee, conference dinner and publication of papers in either online journal or in both print & online journal. In addition, all fees include hot Buffet lunch and arrival, morning and afternoon break foods and tea/coffee for two days. Please contact us in advance if the conference fee will be late so that we can plan for your attendance. There is special discount of 5% on all options for those who take early registration 31st August 2012.

Registration fee with a copy of print journal (Option B) includes author’s paper with maximum 20 pages (10 font) and  for any additional page over this page limit, extra charge @ US$20 per page will have to be paid..

 Cancellation Policy

There is a US$ 100 fee on cancellations received prior to 21 September 2012.  There will be no refunds on cancellations received after 22 September 2012. The authors will be provided with receipt of payment and a letter/certificate of participation upon registering at the conference venue.
